We manage the end-to-end logistics for your event so you can focus on mingling, networking and having a fabulous time. To make sure your big occasion receives the focus and attention it deserves, we will assign a dedicated project manager to your event. We’ll meet as often as you like and provide status updates on planning and budget reviews to track tasks, costs, and progress against milestones and due dates. Our packages are all-inclusive. Initial consultation, idea brain-storming, logistical support, marketing strategy and promotion, vendor management, resource planning and site supervision on day of event, plus set up day prior if needed.
