Security, health, and wellbeing are a top priority and we start planning early with this in mind. We are about inclusion and accessibility. It is important all attendees are safe and can fully experience the event and the message. This starts with online registration and travel. It continues through room sets, room access, content access and the food that is served. We are well versed working with VIP Security teams, managing security suppliers and technology to ensure a safe environment.
