| What's Included | Based on what your group may be interested in, their experience with wine, and my knowledge of what would work, based on years of online speaking with dozens of audience types, we will pick a topic and structure for the event. An event with Wine for Normal People means no stress for you! Here’s what I do… -Select wine for the event within your budget and either choose wines that can be shipped to your participants or offer creative ideas of how your participants can procure their wines locally, based on experience with many virtual wine events* Write the event descriptions/marketing copy for the event, provide detailed information about procurement of the wines, and provide the Zoom platform for participants to join the event -Craft a fun, informative presentation that fits within your time requirements with detailed handouts and supplemental information to be sent to participants ahead of the event. |
| Pricing Details | Rates start at $2,500 per online event. This does not include the cost of wine (anyone that allows you to reimburse them for wine is a wine reseller, and must have a license for that, so please beware of those people. It's illegal and you should know that, even if you don't work with me! I worked for a large winery after business school and am very well-versed on the laws surrounding alcohol!). I will work within your budget to find wines that are suitable for your participants and I will work with local retailers to coordinate shipping or pick-up for all participants. I have a lot of suggestions of how best to to do this and I have worked with clients in the US and Canada to facilitate events. |
