Add-ons | Standard mindfulness sessions are 25 minutes. Requests for 45-minute or even 60-minute sessions can be accommodated if this suits your event's needs. Longer sessions includes more information about the practice as well as a longer gentle stretch portion leading into the meditation practice. Please let Brittany know how much time you would like your mindfulness session to be and she will work with you to fit the needs of your event. |
