What's Included | - Two 45 minute prep meeting to prepare for online event and review run of show. - One 45 minute "dress rehearsal" that is 5-7 days prior to the event. The Nonprofit Learning Lab will provide a list of dates and times. - A run of show template for virtual event to ensure all individuals have access to event details. - Up to 45 minutes of video editing. Client must sends all files to the Nonprofit Learning Lab for editing videos. - Up to 4 one-on-one presenter prep sessions prior to the event. - Tech support for up to 250 guests on day of event. - Use of Nonprofit Learning Lab's Zoom Account, if it is needed. This is only available for event with less than 100 attendees. - Help clients choose a platform that will best suit their organization and event. - Nonprofit Learning Lab will manage the above virtual event elements, respond to your emails and guide you through the process of supporting the technological elements of your virtual event. |
Add-ons | Any tasks requested outside the scope of this contract is completed at the rate of $250 per hour. Clients will be notified in advance if a task is outside the scope of the contract. Nonprofit Learning Lab will not complete any tasks outside of the scope of this contract without being requested to do so by client. |
