Make a batch of gnocchi marinara from scratch with your teammates!
1) CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED DATE/TIME. We have 5 chef-instructors on staff, which allows us to have a lot of flexibility and availability when booking your event.
2) SELECT YOUR MENU: We'll send you a shopping + equipment list well ahead of time to forward to your guests, so they know what to have on hand to cook along with the instruction. We can also ship curated ingredient kits, +$80/person.
3) GATHER TOGETHER on ZOOM (or your preferred platform): Once you book your event, we'll send you a Zoom link to share with your guests, so everyone knows how to connect with our Chef-Instructor at the appointed time.
4) COOK! Our 90-minute classes are designed to be highly-interactive, and guests are encouraged to engage directly with the Chef. For larger groups of 20+, we'll add an additional chef on the Chat Box, who will answer questions as they come in.

| What's Included | SAMPLE MENU: Fresh Ricotta Gnocchi Homemade Marinara Sauce Arugula Salad with Lemon-Parmigiano Dressing * Your chef-instructor will have 2 camera angles spotlighted during the cooking class -- 1 trained on their lovely face + 1 on their cutting board station + stovetop -- so participants will be able to see everything they're doing without having to switch views. Guests will ask questions directly to the chef-instructor, and our classes are designed to be very interactive. |
