In the summer of 2020, Bond introduced a team of specialized logistics experts that are determining how to incorporate CDC and government guidelines for distancing, healthy meetings, and gathering safely into all its event practices. The team is led by Lyn Stout, who is a board member of the National Live Events Coalition and a founding member of the DC Events Coalition. We have a variety of Covid Compliance officers available to assist us with our larger scale productions and we have (literally) written the guidelines for our local events. Bond partners with public safety and legal experts and leads weekly calls with national venues to examine reopening guidelines coming from states and government agencies. The ongoing work will determine how the future of live events and in-person gatherings re-emerge from a pandemic.
