Full Service (Live & Virtual) Planning, Production, and Design Firm.
We made sure Snoop Dogg's sound check was on point at the DNC Convention. We parked a fleet of Teslas inside a historic building. We moved a spacecraft across the country five days after it returned from space and then threw a party around it. There’s nothing we can’t handle. Bond Events specializes in large-scale productions, conferences, and gala fundraising events in both the virtual and real worlds. Our work spans over 25 countries, and our expertise spans all aspects of strategic planning, design and event production to guide our clients through everything they need to successfully navigate the complexities of hosting an event. We survived and thrived in 2020 and now with social distancing and gathering restrictions continuing to surround us, Bond has also invested in several virtual platform for our events, and has successful run over 60 complex virtual events at the end of 2020. Our events have often been used as the catalysts for driving people to take action. By understanding what influences people emotionally and intellectually, we are effective in creating events that produce results. Our experience includes intimate conferences for groups like the Rosalyn Carter Institute and scales to much larger events like the National Portrait Gallery’s American Portrait Gala. We specialize in bringing your brand to life, creating great buzz in the space and brand awareness to your organization. If you take pride in your brand, your guests will reward the result.
Bond Events is a woman-owned business. We believe in leveraging and promoting diversity and inclusion by seeking out team members, either internal or external, who not only are experts in their field, but also offer a unique perspective on the industry. Understanding our team members individual points of view, along with those of our clients, suppliers, and partners, is essential to driving our competitive performance. Our company will always strive to reflect the global communities where we live and work. We are committed to an inclusive workforce that fully represents many different cultures, backgrounds, and viewpoints.
In the summer of 2020, Bond introduced a team of specialized logistics experts that are determining how to incorporate CDC and government guidelines for distancing, healthy meetings, and gathering safely into all its event practices. The team is led by Lyn Stout, who is a board member of the National Live Events Coalition and a founding member of the DC Events Coalition. We have a variety of Covid Compliance officers available to assist us with our larger scale productions and we have (literally) written the guidelines for our local events. Bond partners with public safety and legal experts and leads weekly calls with national venues to examine reopening guidelines coming from states and government agencies. The ongoing work will determine how the future of live events and in-person gatherings re-emerge from a pandemic.
Bond is committed to sustainable event management - the process of integrating environmental and social responsibility issues into event planning. Our production team keeps up-to-date on sustainable event best practices and will work with your team, the venue, and vendors to make every effort to reduce the event’s environmental footprint, within budget.
