Sterling Engagements is a Los Angeles-based, full-service event design and production firm, specializing in corporate-nonprofit events, weddings and lifestyle affairs. Sterling was founded in 2005 with a goal to produce innovative experiences— immersing guests in captivating environments down to the very last detail. Approaching each aspect of an event with purpose, heart, integrity, and creativity, Principal and Creative Director Alexandra Rembac cultivates these values from the top down. Under her direction, Sterling Engagements has flourished into one of the most distinguished event design and production firms both locally and across the country.

We strive to fiercely cultivate connection through the experiences we design and celebrated moments we make. While the world looks different right now, this is a practice we really don’t ever want to change. Evolve, of course, improve, advance and be recognized—always. But we fuel off the impact we are so proud to play a role in achieving and we wouldn’t ever want to lose that.
