Hey Soulfam! Thank you so much for stopping by to get to know little ole me. Obviously my name is Britnee. I am a two-time degreed New York bred, Guyanese old soul with locs, dimples, hella tattoos, piercings + gauges. I do a lot from photography, calligraphy, to graphic design, writing and I even dabble in concept styling photography. I am also a Doula and with prayer + some coins, I will be a CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife). I was blessed to marry my high school best friend + creative soulmate. We got busy and had two beautiful littles that keep our hearts full + bellies hurting from laughter. Photography was introduced to me by my Poppy when I was a toddler. He is the jack of all trades + I was joined to his hip most of my life. I liked being able to capture things the way I see them and as the years progressed, the like turned into love and the love turned into an obsessive passion. It’s been bliss ever since. I love moody concept portraiture, beautiful birth story memories, inspiring elopement + intimate wedding ceremonies, mushy gushy couples, and enjoyable, fun-loving family imagery. Most of my sessions are captured outdoors alongside nature because that is the soulphy way.
