Melanie works directly with her customers (hotels, restaurants, catering companies, fashion brands, tech companies) to achieve sweet perfection at each event they cater and hit the right notes of style, beauty, flavor, and substance. Mini Melanie is a trendsetting boutique bakery based in Brooklyn, New York. Mini Melanie was founded by Melanie Moss, an alum of Babbo and Blue Hill Stone Barns, in 2015 and was featured in the New York City Michelin guide book after just one year in operation. In February 2018, Melanie competed in and won first place in an all-dessert, chocolate competition on Food Network’s CHOPPED.
