Camp Coach

To celebrate the end of their fiscal year, Coach invited all 700+ HQ employees to a throwback summer camp afternoon in Tribeca. Oversized outdoor games were set up around the venue including Jenga, Connect Four and Cornhole, along with favorite old school board games such as Uno, Guess Who and Trouble. Grill out stations along with a hot dog cart served up camper dishes. To encourage interdepartmental engagement, we created Camp Coach Human Bingo, with topics such as "Meet Someone Who Had their First Kiss at Camp", "Find a Boy/Girl Scout". Campers turned in completed bingo cards for prizes and additional raffle tickets. A raffle station was set up with prizes ranging from corporate perks (vacation days & team lunches), to favorite Coach products and gift cards to employee favorite hot spots. Coach executives led the team in a prize drawing to close out the afternoon.
