Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

This event is the main fundraiser for the CT chapter of JDRF. Over $1.6million was raised to support juvenile diabetes research. Our role was to plan, design & produce the event. We worked with JDRF and the fundraising committee to create an unexpected space in the CT Convention Center. From the whimsical silent auction area to the seated dinner for 760, we worked tirelessly to make guests feel as if they were at a high end Kentucky Derby party - while still providing some fun elements such as a blue grass band and photo booth. Our A/V & lighting partner was Event Resources - who executed our vision of lighting the space and draping the ceiling perfectly.
