Elecnor Hawkeye Holiday Party

EMRG Media worked with Elecnor Hawkeye on every aspect of production to create the perfect winter wonderland holiday party event! We worked on venue sourcing, decor & design, print elements, menu creation, activations, entertainment, and day-of-event needs to ensure the event ran smoothly from start to finish. Our team created custom branding elements including table-top designs, column designs and host stands to make a look incorporating logos and the theme. Multiple activations filled the space including a live-action ham-cutting station, a live violinist on stilts, and a pizza food truck outside for a late-night bite for guests! When you first stepped into the space, guests were met with a built-out winter wonderland tunnel entering into the room. Guests were able to relax, celebrate and enjoy the night with each other thanks to all the work EMRG Media put into the event.
