Cougar's Day Off

I worked with a group of students to plan and execute a pre-finals movie night at the American Theater for College of Charleston students. Features of our event included a showing of the film Ferris Bueller's Day Off, complimentary concessions, additional food vendors, and a raffle for local prizes. Elements of our event planning and management include budgeting, coordinating supplies, collaborating with venue managers and external vendors, poster design, marketing, digital promotion, tracking ticket sales, and so much more. A promotional description of the event is as follows: Come watch Ferris Bueller's Day Off at the iconic American Theater and relax before finals with your fellow Cougars. Each $5 ticket includes candy, popcorn, soda, a chance to win a variety of local prizes, and FREE t-shirts for the first 100 attendees!
