AEG Summit 2023

The AEG Summit was created as an opportunity for 240 AEG employees across many global divisions to come together and focus on “Re-Setting the Stage.” Colleagues were encouraged to engage with speaker panels and participate in discussions on the upcoming year. As this event had not taken place since 2019 due to the pandemic, it was a big moment for the team to reconnect and celebrate. Hit Play crafted a design aesthetic that leaned into the natural environment surrounding the Indian Wells venue. The general session stage was centered on a dynamic video scape with layered scenery elements, combining the digital and physical realms to emphasize the unique environment of the California desert, alongside the entertainment roots of AEG. As the day began and ended on our stage, so did the sun rise and set on our 87” LED backdrop. Vertical screens between the main content pieces allowed for custom motion graphic elements that were both playful and integral to driving home the content purpose. The outdoor closing reception continued the California feel through furniture and lighting in soft desert hues alongside succulent arrangements, custom cocktails and fresh local fare.
