Google: The Collective Capstone Event

EMRG Media worked to produce a 2-day Collective Capstone event for Google for the second time in a row! EMRG Media's team worked with vendors to create a custom floral and furniture design. This event is an onboarding program that works to connect, support, and empower Black talent as they navigate their first year at Google. The program allows for Black Googlers from all over the world meet in-person for a speaker series, networking, and fun! The event includes Black leaders at Google sharing their perspectives on diversity and inclusion at Google and corporate America. A full program was built from start to finish including a volunteer activity, and EMRG Media's team was there for each moment from the beginning of set-up to breakdown. Gift bags were given to each individual at the conclusion, and EMRG Media sourced a chocolate bar, vapor magic and playing cards with inspirational messages from local New York Black owned businesses. EMRG Media loved getting to produce this event!
