Celebratory Power Hour

As co-lead of the Production Management team and lead of the Marketing Team, I was in coordination with vendor, all student teams, and the stakeholders. I set the menu items for the event and was responsible for all the marketing materials. I oversaw the tech team as they continued to build the event website as well as send out invitations to industry partners. In constant communication with Rachel from Parcel 32 in downtown Charleston. She handled the set up and had the most of the furniture and decor readily available as well as the servers. November 4, 2022
