When it comes to boozy coffee drinks, everyone's go-to is to add a splash of Baileys Irish Cream. CNC helped the brand take it to the next level by infusing ice cream with Baileys to create 'The Baileys Cardamom Fudge Swirl. A treat that deliciously blends the rich chocolate, and vanilla flavors of Baileys with Malai’s signature aromatic spices inspired by South Asian flavors. The Baileys x Malai Ice Cream Bar (on wheels) was open for two days in SoHo and Williamsburg, where thousands of people were treated to a sweet, summer treat. Over 2,000 people were served.
