We produced an elevated, tech focused, hybrid program for an already established virtual event. This included gathering developers, enterprise executives, and press in one place for meaningful content and networking in a predetermined venue that no longer fit their growing event. Additionally, the client wanted to continue engaging attendees at exclusive experiences offsite.
In a venue with a tight footprint and parameters, Bash provided several solutions to optimize the space for attendees while keeping cutting edge tech top of mind. This included the installation of a large LED screen on the main stage, streaming content virtually and throughout the venue, and keeping the after party on-brand with an LED canopy and side walls. We also produced an independent Executive Track in a more intimate space at the venue to exclusively engage key prospects. Lunchtime networking and coffee breaks took place outside where the sidewalks were activated with food trucks from around the region. We also planned and managed five ancillary events at five different venues to continue driving connections with our client’s top attendees. Highlights included collectable custom enamel pins, a Vogue photo booth, LED game tables and arcade games, as well as brand infused window clings and furniture.
