LG Second Life Tour

LG Appliances had a mission to promote the message that their washer and dryer units give clothing a Second Life. To convey this message, LG wanted to take their Washer & Dryers on the road for a mobile clothing drive. 3RD AVE partnered with Lupine Creative to create a mobile laundry closet within a sprinter van. The van was vinyl wrapped to emulate a laundromat, and housed a pull out wash closet that doubled as a donation receptacle. The turnkey installation allowed for the appliances to be easily pulled out and installed on site at multiple stops. The overall design was inspired by LG’s latest brand lookbook. The van traveled to 8 locations across 5 states and collected more than 5,000 lbs. of clothing donations. All the donated clothes were brought back to LA and washed in a custom built LG washroom, and then donated to various charities.
