68th Carolopolis Awards

As an intern for the Sottile Theatre, I was in charge of setting up the Front of House and stage areas for the event. Set up cocktail tables, while adding the linens for both on the stage and in the main lobby; decorated the tables with candles, moved some tables to the 2nd floor lobby, moved all of the ropes to stage area, moved stanchions to front doors to the House. Checked all bathrooms and all floor lobbies for ready presentation. Added signage to the lobby doors entrance and assisted speakers with any last minute touch ups needed.
