Superheroes & Superstars were at the forefront of the 2022 SXSW activation for Prime Video. The vacant parking lot was transformed into a Voughtland (a la The Boys) and Lizzo Beauty Bar experience. After walking through the A-Train or Lizzo Affirmation Tunnel guests were able to choose their own adventure. The Boys side served up burgers and fries at Vought-a-Burger , Starlights Carousel of Dreams, Brave Maeve’s Inclusive Kingdom and a Red White & Booze Bar. Fans seeking out superstardom started in the affirmation tunnel and then danced their way into the ‘Good As Hell salon” for that perfect stage presence. Lizzo-inspired cocktails were 100% delicious. A special appearance by Lizzo to introduce her new dancers was met with applause during the Entertainment Weekly Party held on the grounds Saturday night! The activation was an unforgettable weekend of experiences, food, style, dance and music by notable bands like Jake Wesley Rogers, DJ Mel & Remi Wolf . Let’s also not forget the Rainey St takeover with Lizzo’s back-up dancers absolutely crushing the parade down the street.
