St. Johns University Commencement

St. John's University has two annual graduations, one for their Staten Island campus and one for their Queens campus. For the Queens graduation, a doctoral hooding occurs inside, a commencement chapel service the night prior, as well as the commencement ceremony outside the day of commencement.  An entire mobile stage rental SAM 550 was brought in for the outdoor ceremony, as well as a lighting package, rigging package, audio line array, 5 professional grade video cameras including a JIB 3, and mobile LED screen trucks.  We had banners and signs printed, and created videos for the large projection screens used at the ceremony.  The University event staff works closely with our staff on the scope of the project, scheduling, loading in and out of equipment, and most importantly staying on budget.  From beginning to end, we worked with the university to make these ceremonies run smoothly.
