Oyster & Saké Pairing Masterclass

The Oyster & Saké Pairing Masterclass is an interactive, virtual event that explores oyster appreciation fundamentals, why oysters and sake pair so well together, and a guided tasting of three oyster varieties with three premium Japanese sakes. Participants learned how to shuck, how to taste and describe oysters and sake. Video instruction on how to shuck and use the provided tasting journals was shared in advance of the class.
