Penn Medicine

Sequence teamed up with Penn Medicine to produce the opening ceremony and celebration for their new Pavilion, which marks the next chapter of the storied history of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The celebration was initially being held as an in-person event but our team helped to shift to a hybrid event in order to accommodate pre-recorded content and all of their donors, despite Covid restrictions. The Sequence team was instrumental in bringing together this celebration by offering our expertise in hybrid events and quickly pivoting as the path for COVID changed. We created an event plan with socially distanced seating, interactive pieces within the room that kept social distancing in mind, and created a plan to allow for three separate event spaces, with full AV and décor setup per space. The celebration was a success and marked the first time that Penn Medicine had welcomed 300+ attendees through the front doors of the Pavilion.
