National Sales Meeting

TV SHOW FORMAT BROADCAST EVENT Structuring an annual sales meeting as a morning talk show while converting a ballroom into a TV studio was an amazing challenge, but we successfully built it with raised audience seating, jib and roving cameras, and full livestream broadcast capabilities. From initial theming to Broadway talent to set design to video production and animation, we visualized and scripted the entire event, creating many engaging and fun moments for both the in-studio and at-home audiences. Our talented on-site video crew created real-time stingers, opening videos, “up-next” transitions and, for the closing segment, a rock video that captured highlights from the entire week, giving the executives a chance to have fun and include the audience in a sing-a-long.
