A10 and INSA hosted a virtual gathering of partners and potential partners in the Great White North and asked me to come up with some craft cocktails to send their way. Since Canadians dont normally get their hands on a lot of mezcal or tequila, we went with CDMX Invierno - a Wintry Manhattan with reposado tequila and La Ultima Palabra, a mezcal version of the Last Word cocktail
