We worked to turn a 225-foot barge into a floating, pop-up restaurant on the East River. This experience featured chefs Michael Solomonov, Kwame Onwuachi, Nancy Silverton, Stephanie Izard, and Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, who prepared unique menus per day with cocktails by Tayer + Elementary of London and wines curated by Zwann Grays. We are so proud of our team for making this a once in a lifetime experience.
