Brunch with Bizzabo

November 9-11 IMEX, America's largest exhibition for incentive travel, meetings & events returned to Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay. Across the street, a little cafe called The Egg Shop serves up good coffee and delicious breakfast. The cafe was already decked out in the yellow paint with matching furniture - it was just asking for a Bizzabo takeover. So we created Cafe Bizzabo - a pop up experience to create brand awareness, facilitate demos and offer free breakfast to IMEX attendees on November 10 & 11. Knowing IMEX attendees had busy schedules, we offered complimentary rides with our branded pedicabs and created awareness with a targeted billboard. RESULTS - 200k+ Impressions from our Billboard (directly across from Mandalay Bay and above Cafe Bizzabo - Thousands of vouchers distributed promoting both Cafe Bizzabo & their upcoming virtual event - Hundreds of QR Code scans to schedule a private demo session & sign up for the virtual event.
