Higher Love: Pride Tea Dance

Higher Love - Pride Tea Dance has elevated the traditional Pride soiree to new heights. Our team at High-Minded Events have met at the intersection of notable traditions that allow Chicago’s LGBTQ community to properly celebrate a cannabis Pride for the first time since prohibition lifted here in Illinois on January 1, 2020. Amongst a lineup of Drag and Musical performances, our guests could consume their own cannabis openly and honestly in any outdoor area within the event grounds.  We directly sponsored and supported service of our vaporizers including Bello to sample vape cartridges from PTS as well as flower from In Grown Farms. The team behind Rhythm was sampling concentrate’s to be used with our Stundend Glass Gravity Hookah and our G Pen Connects.  Our sponsor partner at 1906 were there with their renown 1906 drops to the delight of our guests. In Grown Farms and Natures Care sponsored some of their honey, which we packed into compact honey one hitters that guests could have with their beverages (Lemonade, iced Tea). Throughout the day, guests were able to visit with reps from some of the leaders in the industry including 1906, Rythym, Cubbington’s Cabinet and more. Illinois Women in Cannabis were also on-site educating guests on the consumption of Cannabis and how to consume it. The 1st Annual Higher Love Pride Event was a great success in Chicago.Over 300 guests gathered from all over on a beautiful, sunny Summer day to celebrate community, cannabis and PRIDE!
