The mission: a high-end hospitality experience for 150 executive level guests in the infield prior to NASCAR”s premier event, the Daytona 500.
HMS worked directly with NASCAR to design, construct, manage, and host the hospitality unit: a two-story tent structure filled with LED screens, luxury furniture, historic NASCAR artifacts borrowed from the Daytona Museum, show cars, two celebrity chefs, and a professional barista.
The result was an exclusive, unique atmosphere where NASCAR executives, team owners, drivers, sponsors and invited dignitaries could mingle for brunch and networking.
