Delivering Good Gala

2020 was Sequence’s second year working with Delivering Good on their Annual Gala, and the organization’s first virtual gala. The gala was originally planned as a hybrid event, but due to the pandemic transitioned to be entirely virtual. The goal of the gala was to increase awareness and funds for Delivering Good, a nonprofit that provides new product donations in the fashion, home and children’s industries to those in need. Sequence worked with Delivering Good to pivot from hybrid to virtual just a week prior to the event date. The gala was co-hosted by Ken Downing and Whoopi Goldberg, honored Michael Kors and Terry Lundgren, and featured musical performances by Allen Stone and Aloe Blacc. 460 guests attended the event, which raised over 1 million dollars with the help of a live appeal, silent auction and a dynamic thermometer. Gift baskets of cheese and snacks were sent to over 100 donors pre-event, providing a physical touch to a successful virtual evening.
