Shiseido Leadership Retreat

Providing exclusive experiences is our bread and butter, so when our client’s goal was to wine and dine his leadership team, we knew we knew exactly where to take them - Napa Valley, California! Day 1: To kick-off the retreat we welcomed guests with an experience at Ottimo that mirrored an authentic Italian market. Utilizing all senses of smell, taste, and even touch, guests pulled fresh mozzarella, taste-tested garlic + salts alongside chefs decked out in Shiseido branded jackets. As a sweet finish, we had a fully stocked dessert counter serving delicious gelato in custom-branded cups. Day 2: After a day of meetings, it was time for our guests to indulge. Lokoya Winery is as exclusive as it gets. The evening was filled with exquisite wines, Michelin-star cuisine, and world-renowned architecture. For this event, the experience spoke for itself. Day 3: We know competition is at the top of the list for any great team building. Our attendees embraced their inner racer at Sonoma Raceway and competed for best times in two racing categories. To make it even more personal, each attendee picked a race name, and we adhered it to their helmets, for everyone to see. Day 4: We couldn’t go to wine country and not visit the famous Wine Cave at Stag’s Leap. Under cascading modern chandeliers to illuminate the space, guests enjoyed the final dinner of our week-long retreat. Our special Ellie touch included custom-designed menus using the winery’s famous branded cork.
