Overview
From ADVOC8
Landing in Atlanta, YouTube Space took over famed Treesound Studios for a two day Pop-Up experience, bringing 21 artists to the stage. Each artist had a custom designed lighting setup, leveraged to create a unique video of each performance, all captured within 48 hours. This “ready to go” production environment for YouTube creators and recording artists gave them access to the tools and support of production experts and provided a space for YouTube’s hottest hip-hop artists to create.
To tackle the challenge of creating 21 music videos tailored to individual artists in just two days we designed modular, light-based sets that employed remote LED technology that could be synced and programmed in real time.
After the shoot, we edited and mixed all 21 music videos, as well as a behind the scenes sizzle reel and five dynamic interviews featuring high-profile hip-hop artists, including Big Boi and David Banner.
