The Sheppard is responsible for the creative environmental design, content, and speaker support for Taco Bell's two most significant corporate franchisee training events FRANMAC and Forum. These events bring Taco Bell's leadership team together with more than 2,400 executives from its top-performing franchise networks (VCs and Operators). It provides the platform for them to collectively discuss business strategies, developing goals, food innovations, marketing campaigns and operational plans.
Working up-stream with Taco Bell's C-suite executives, their communications team and the lead franchisee owners, our team helps to craft messaging and develop communications strategies to promote a stronger relationship between the corporate brand and franchisee owners. This helps ensure messages resonate with, and are implemented by, their key constituents.
