Ultimate Tailgate Challenge

There’s no better bonding experience than a friendly, competitive bout of classic games. Tailgating builds community and support for your program and team. The Ultimate Tailgate Challenge program turns that bonding up a notch with extreme fun and festivities. Ultimate Tailgate Challenge is a comically competitive, seriously fun team building program inspired by the classic games you’d enjoy at a traditional tailgate party. Of course, this is TeamBonding. So our version also involves strategy, teamwork and, of course, throwing things. As always, a bit of luck never hurts. The basics are pretty simple: teams rotate through each activity, competing for the highest scores in each game. Features traditional games such as; Ladder Ball, Kan Jam, Washer Toss and Corn Hole. Choose from other popular events like Shuffleboard Golf, Pong-O, Pole-ish Horseshoes, Baggo and Rollors (we can explain these, just ask). Top it all off with a professional DJ and a lighthearted closing ceremony, and you have the makings of a perfect team building afternoon.
