TOTES OF HOPE (New York City)

Hired by AMR Management Services, for its then client, NASPO, we produced a modified version of our TOTES OF HOPE team building experience, benefitting NYC's The Partnership for the Homeless . . . During the allotted time, in a non-structured, relaxed atmosphere, participants assembled two or three custom care packs for New York City’s homeless population, as they interacted and conversed with fellow attendees. Due to the relaxed atmosphere, participants spent as much or as little time as they wished, and then proceeded to the other personal or professional tasks that needed attending during the hour-long break. The final number of care packs and their contents will depend upon the needs and requests of the philanthropic organization that will receive the completed kits; however, based upon the allocated budget for the program the anticipated number of kits will be between 400 and 600, and may contain objects such as the following: Premier Team Building provided the following services, in order to successfully produce this program: - complete on-site facilitation of program - staff to set up, oversee, and break down program - procurement and shipping of supplies to venue - securing of philanthropic organization for involvement/recipient - ensuring philanthropic organization received completed care packs
