In much of todays event space AV & IT are Mission Critical but many planners never know what to look for in terms of loading pathways, Internet Up Speeds, and elevators in some venues. Whatever you do, never sign a contract that locks you in to an in-house provider. You can always use them if you want, but sometimes you want more experienced people that do not set-up rooms at night, and train on your events.
