Overview
From Corinthian Events
The goal of the event was to have a corporate holiday party where the employees could have fun with their coworkers without any of the executives around, essentially as a thank you to each employee for all of their hard work over the past year. This was achieved by transforming the giant space into a hunting lodge that allowed guests to have fun playing games and dining with their coworkers, while also allowing for opportunities of intimacy amongst friends and colleagues. A light, faux snowfall was used at the entrance of the room to transition guests from the outside cold into the warm hunting lodge feel that took over the entire space. There was cardboard faux taxidermy mounted on the walls, a log cabin-type a bar covered in natural wood, lumberjack bartenders in plaid shirts and suspenders, Adirondack chairs surrounding faux fire pits, skis on the walls, pine and forest accents on the tables, accent pillows with animal silhouettes, animal throw blankets, old metal lanterns, and so on – every inch of the space was covered and every element had a purpose. Ultimately, the client’s goal was to have a holiday party where every employee could enjoy their night without feeling like they were at a work event, and we provided that by transforming a giant space into a cozy lodge where guests could escape the cold for a night of fun with their coworkers and friends.
