LVMH's annual Brand Managers Seminar for LATAM, specifically for its Kenzo and Givenchy brands. This was their first virtual event and the need to reconnect, re-engage, motivate and inspire them during the pandemic was a priority and a concern. As a first digital event for these brands, it needed to be highly engaging, stimulating and professional.
We rented out a professional studio with a green screen as if we were broadcasting from different places in the world, a MC (master of the ceremony). A complex system was put in place with over 25 different cues (screen formatting) and provided entertainment activities throughout to keep the audience engaged - Bingo Activity, fun quizzes, races, to name a few all within Client's budget.
