Samba Safety Custom Cocktail Class

SambaSafety is the industry leader in MVR & driver monitoring technology for over 20 years. And they all work hard and they all wanted to celebrate the end of a difficult year. So with a name like SambaSafety, we concocted a fun, tropical cocktail with a wintry design to it - Rum blend, fresh lime, star anise infused simple syrup and an Alpine Amaro, shaken & served up in an Amaro-rinsed glass. Then we met online to build the cocktail, drink the cocktail and talk about drinks and drink history. A rousing success!
