The Great Sprout (in)doors Conference

Last September, the Sprout Social team set out to coordinate their annual Employee Appreciation Day, but this time with a unique challenge - their attendees were spread across three continents and seven time zones. After an initial meeting with the LMH Experiences team, a few objectives became clear - Sprout was looking for a series of experiences that would excite and unite their team, while supporting local small businesses and giving back to the community. LMH Experiences created a completely custom day-long agenda for the team at Sprout, including Let's Get Crafty sessions in the morning, three lunchtime Whatcha Got Cookin' classes, focusing on a seasonal brunch menu and filled with tips for the attendees to perfect their at-home cooking game. The afternoon wrapped up with The Challenge, LMH's signature puzzle + trivia team competition event, which doubled as a happy hour thanks to Cocktail Kit home deliveries which were seamlessly coordinated by the LMH team to create an immersive experience for guests. Attendees virtually traveled from one experience to the next with an excitement and enthusiasm that is often missing from today's onslaught of video calls.
