Collaborated with Accounts, Creative & Experience Design to create a lounge experience for brand Card Members during Art Basel. By day, guests could experience Equinox classes, intimate talks and networking opportunities with The Wing, live DJ entertainment & have access to shop small vendors like Outdoor Voices & their inventory. By night, invited guests experienced an opening poolside cocktail party with DJ entertainment, a private beach dinner with Chef Michael Solomonov & a closing night concert featuring Pharrell & Watch the Duck. For the late-night crowds, brand card members could enjoy a Platinum food truck on the streets of the Design District serving them a customized menu curated by José Andrés. Role & Responsibilities: Producer, working with a team of producers to execute the 3 day event including, day & evening programming. Together we managed the venue, vendors (fabrication, graphics, lighting, audio, video, greenery, furniture rentals), budget, creative deliverables, talent, load in, install, live event programming, strike/inventory, load out, post production etc.
