Our client hired TMN Events to manage the sourcing, logistics, financial oversight, and on-site execution for their annual internal executive leadership meeting. This meeting hosted the CEO and leaders from around the world, so it was paramount that all aspects were meticulously managed from meetings to keynote sessions to off-site gatherings. Breakout sessions rotated hourly and TMN ensured the individual agendas were distributed correctly and also directed attendees to their appropriate sessions. Along with guiding the flow of the event, TMN managed the contract negotiations, sleeping room block, audiovisual needs with a third-party vendor, all off-site evening social activities, transportation (both ground and air), and event branding and signage.
