Industry User Group Conference/Tradeshow

TMN Events has supported our clients for this event for the past 4 years. This meeting brings together 600+ guests, presenters, and partners for a 3-day conference allowing attendees from 7 different countries to share industry knowledge and compare best practices for growing their businesses. TMN Events sources the venue and helps with the theme and creative development year over year. TMN Events is responsible for building a registration system with 7 different pathways for all the different audience types. TMN then does 100% of the audience management from manifesting, event order creation, transportation, audiovisual staging, and production oversight as well as management of headset technology for both translation services and tour/demonstrations of manufacturing equipment. The magnitude of the event also requires TMN support for the management of third-party vendors, offsite entertainment, shipping logistics, and the setup of sponsor and attendee booths for the tradeshow component of the event.
