Sundance Film Festival Incentive

TMN Events hosted 45 contest winners and guests along with 5 Executives and guests for 4 days of films, activities, and dining experiences as a group. TMN Events worked alongside our client's events team to source the property and organize a Sundance Film Festival Sponsorship package, which allowed the client to get priority tickets to exclusive films in Park City at various theaters. Along with securing the primary activity of film viewing, TMN Events managed all inbound, outbound, and film festival transportation for group and individual movements. TMN Events created all branded signage, gifts, promotional materials, website and registration, name badges, and printed collateral for the event. Aside from organizing film viewing for attendees, TMN Events also organized participation for other activities such as skiing, snowboarding, sleigh rides, spa services, and other outdoor activities.
