Leadercast Women 2019

Oversaw all creation, production and execution of event. Contracted the space and speakers, created the strategic direction of the event, produced the attendee journey and executed the experience day of with vendors and a team. Partnered with audio visual team and show producer for staging elements, managed speakers backstage. Contracted all vendors for experience items and food & beverage for the event. Managed 150 volunteers day of event, as well as a team of 30 individuals, to ensure the client was first all day long. This is a hybrid event, being broadcasted to 6 countries with thousands of attendees becoming better leaders.
