SETLC 25 and Still We Thrive

SETLC is a world-class, state of the art, premier tennis facility located in Washington, DC. The center provides youth in the district with tennis instruction, tutoring, life skills, educational and personal reinforcement. When one thinks of an event space, they don’t immediately think of tennis courts. But RJ Whyte transformed 6 state of the art interior hard courts into a gala for 770 people. It required that we bring in flooring, power, and lighting as well as completely build out a stage set and catering area. Managing the logistics of each vendor was also pertinent to the event’s success. Through check in meetings with all vendors and even government officials, we were able to plan for success.
