Overview
From Not Boring Events
Music Paired with Food / “Live From Dinner” SoHo House, NYC Live From Dinner was a live music event coupled with a playlist inspired tasting menu. The musicians included New York City's most up and coming stars. The event’s headliner, Zuli was featured in Rolling Stone as “a top artist to look out for.” One of the signature dishes was inspired by Zuli’s lyrics, “I Shouldn't Tell My Baby To Behave.” The words had a raucous energy and were paired with a “naughty” red velvet cake. The dishes were not only inspired song lyrics, but were designed to match the energy on stage. Another artist’s music was “fiery” and provocative. The dishes for his music utilized hot peppers and included Latin American ingredients. The event accomplished more than feeding people; it connected food and music to convey a journey.
